How to apply
We can only accept 12 students in each class to maintain the high quality. Please note that no more applications will be accepted after reaching the maximum. Classes at Entry level (Level 1) are fairly popular. Levels 2-7 classes for people who have been studying Japanese for some time tend to be filled quickly with students who move up from Entry level classes. We can only accept a few new students each term. We start to accept applications 2 months prior to the course start day. If you are interested in our courses, try to come and take a trial lesson or get your level checked around that time.

Please make an appointment in advance when you come for the registration.
The number of new students is growing and there are only 2 administrative staff. To avoid making you wait, we have an appointment system. Please let us know when you want to come in by phone or email.
(Of course, you can register the course on the same day after your trial or level-check) .

Submit the full payment of the course fee. You will receive priority consideration for acceptance in your chosen course and avoid the possible disappointment of filled classes.
Method of payment : cheque, cash, interac (debit card), visa, master or money order.
